Below are the Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd's terms of service. Before using any of our services this is a document you should read in full.

‍What may lead to account termination:

When using Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd's services you agree that your account may be terminated without prior notice should you breach these following conditions.

When using Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd's Web Hosting or Cloud Data Storage you will not host, run or store any:
‍
• Illegal content
• Warez scripts
• Any type of pornography
• Hate material
• Copyrighted material
• Viruses or malicious scripts
• Cron jobs with intervals less than 10 minutes
• Internet Relay Chat (IRC) bots/serversTorrents
• Public Proxy scripts
• Fraudulent or phishing content
• Spider or page indexer scripts.
• Nulled systems

*You acknowledge that if any of the above are found or reported to be on your hosting account, your account will be suspended pending a review by Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd administrators. If illegal content is also being stored Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd will accept no responsibility for this.

Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd do not take any responsibility for the Software or Files on your Windows or Linux Servers. The Account holder is responsible and must agree full responsibility as part of this Terms of Service Document. Virtual Private Servers are Non Refundable and by using our services you understand and agree with this.

‍Acceptable usage policy:

Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd may offer services such as unmetered MYSQL databases, mail accounts and domains pointed towards our servers. Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd permits unmetered services providing your usage does not slow down or damage our servers. Should your website require more system resources, you will be sent an email advising you on what action to take. In some cases you may be advised to upgrade plans or to purchase a dedicated server. Should such an occasion rise, your account will not be taken down unless it is a threat to other clients hosting experience.

‍Free Domains

*Free domains are subject to a 6 Month agreement. Services Must be active on Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd nameservers for a minimum of 6 Months before the domain is Rightfully owned by you. Domains are locked for this period to protect Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd If you cancel the service within 6 months, Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd have the right to suspend the domain and claim it as our own.

Any attempt to transfer the domain out of our system before 6 month minimum agreement period will will stopped and the domain suspended along with any affiliated service.

Server Security

At Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd we apply a high amount of security to our servers, if your account is accessed by password and files have been edited or deleted, we can provide a Backup. Backup Restoration price must be discussed at the time of need.

If the servers are breached and an Individual or Abusive group has had access to your files we will ask for proof of this and will investigate this, if it is found that your account was accessed from our main Server via The Root System then you will receive a full backup and compensation into your client account free of charge.

Server load

If your account is using a high amount of CPU then your account will be investigated and you will be issued with a warning to reduce this before we take action against your account.

False information
‍
When using Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd's services, you are required to use valid contact information at all times. This is to ensure we can contact you should there be any problems, however other companies we rely on also require valid contact information, such as TPP Wholesale. When registering a domain name or any other service with Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd, it is crucial that valid contact information is used to prevent your account being temporarily suspended. Once correct details have been entered your account will be re-activated.

Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd cannot offer refunds if your account has been identified to have fraudulent details.

If you are found to have fraudulent details then your account will be closed, and all services terminated, Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd will issue a warning to fix these details and will give you 24 hours notice.

If your details are not corrected in this time then your account will be closed, and future accounts maybe closed or rejected.

Payments
‍
Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd only offer a certain amount of payment methods which most customers are happy with, but if you require another payment gateway then just contact support for further assistance.

Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd only offers; Bank Transfer and Debit & Credit Card. If clients request another payment gateway then we will consider adding it to our list.

Refund policy

When buying hosting from Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd, you are entitled to a seven (7) day refund should you not be satisfied with the quality of service you have been provided with. Domains are excluded from this refund policy. However, should you require a domain cancelation/renewal; this can be done from within our billing system. Should our servers unexpectedly go down for more than 24 hours, you will automatically be contacted and 24 hours will be added to your subscription. Please note that should your hosting package be suspended due to you breaking the terms of service, you will not be liable for the refund policy.

Management Services, Branding Packages and Web Design & Development services are Non Refundable. By using our services you understand and accept this.

Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd does not take any responsibility for your website and is NOT liable for what your domain & website or VPS has on it.

Privacy Policy: Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd will only use your information for company use and will never share your personal details without your consent. Your details will never be sold to third party users and are only stored for legal reasons. If we were to have a report or to find illegal content on your account we reserve the right to contact the Police and pass on your full details including your IP address etc. This would also mean instant termination without any notice.

Data protection/loss

While Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd tries to maintain the highest level of security, you are responsible for protecting your information. Should an unexpected event occur, and all data is lost/deleted, you acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping backups of your databases, files, emails and any other multimedia stored on our servers.

Acceptable use of customer support

The Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd Customer Service Team are employed to help with any issues with your services. Should you encounter any problems while installing a third party application or script, the support team will try to help, however you acknowledge that they are employed to primarily help with server, billing and system control panel issues. Should our staff be abused, we reserve the right to block users from visiting the Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd website.Breaking the terms of service

In breaking these terms of service then your account (whether it be a service or our Client System) maybe suspended and or terminated, with notice of suspension and termination.

‍Other Rights

Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd hereby have the right to change these terms of service without notice to our paying clients or new clients.

Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd has the right to request correct information from ALL of our clients and can refuse any hosting accounts or client accounts. Digital Growth Creative Pty Ltd has the right to suspend or terminate any product or service without any warning or notice.
